Liquor Access Permit Guidelines
Permit Details
Liquor Access Permits are valid for two years (renewable) at INR 1,000 per annum. Temporary Permits are issued for a single day. Permits are canceled if employment ends.
Consumption Rules
Alcohol shall only be consumed in designated "wine and dine" areas of FL-3 licensed hotels, restaurants, or clubs. No bottled alcohol sales are permitted. All rules pertaining to FL3 license shall be applicable.
Compliance
Permit holders must carry their permit card and present it upon request. Violations are subject to action under the Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949.
